Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

• Items must be in original packaging, unopened, and in resellable condition.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.

• Non-returnable items include samples, expired products, discontinued items, and final sale items.

How to Request a Return

• Email support@jinumedix.com to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before sending your return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Exchanges

• Request an RMA and return the original item before placing a new order for faster service.

Damaged Items

International Orders

• International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees.
